Breakfast Smoothie: For a healthy breakfast, add 1 medium banana, 125ml low fat yoghurt, 1/2 cup of skimmed milk, 25g FUTURELIFE® Original or Banana flavour, 1 teaspoon honey and half a cup of FUTURELIFE® CRUNCH to your blender & blend.
Fruit Smoothie: Add 1/2 cup of fruit juice 7 strawberries, 5 peach slices, a few sprigs of fresh mint 4 tablespoons of any FUTURELIFE® flavour 125ml low fat yoghurt A handful of ice cubes to your blender. Blend until smooth.
Banana Berry Blaze: Add 3 tablespoons of FUTURELIFE® Banana flavour 4 chopped strawberries 100g (1 small tub) smooth low fat vanilla yoghurt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 100ml water and a handful of ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth.
