Ingredients:  1 banana, frozen 1/3 cup pineapple handful of chopped kale/spinach 1 Tbsp lemon juice ½ cup coconut water 1 Tbsp nut butter/tahini 1 Tbsp SuperFresch Green For toppings:  hulled hemp seeds cinnamon sprinkle toasted coconut roasted & chopped almonds Blend together, add your toppings and enjoy this bowl of pure smoothie happiness!
