I’m not usually posting on rehab. However, I’ve had literally hundreds of requests for this topic recently so I figured I’d post some of my favorite exercises for sciatica and hopefully provide a little insight. Please share this with someone you know who needs this! The best news I can give you regarding sciatica is that it is VERY treatable!
