Jello Icing: to make the icing (similar to royal icing), mix 1 c of icing sugar together with 2-3 T of hot water to make a pourable paste. Stir in 1-1/2 T of jelly powder crystals until you have the desired colour. You may need to adjust the amount of liquid as the icing will thicken as it sits. Use to decorate your favorite sugar cookies.
