Launched in 2013 the May-Day Meander took place in the Lowvled Botanical Garden. Over 500 guests took a gentle meander through the garden and sampled wine tasting stations along the marked route. Ending in a chill out area, they enjoyed live music, food stalls, liquid refreshments and a host of give-aways. Premium sponsor, Obikwa wines, made the day possible and R20 000 was raised for Rotary to buy wheelchairs for the disabled in need. This will most certainly become and annual event.
