Ingredients: 200g CADBURY DAIRY MILK broken into pieces, 75ml double cream, Cocoa powder and icing sugar for rolling Method: Melt the CADBURY DAIRY MILK and cream together in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Pour into a small bowl and refrigerate for two to three hours. When firm, use either a melon baller or two teaspoons to scoop the mixture into balls, then roll each one in either cocoa powder or icing sugar. Place each ball back in the fridge until ready to serve.
#Fairtrade Moscato Cocktail: Blend together 4 strawberries, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 sprig basil and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice. Fill a tall glass with ice and Moscato. Pour cocktail mix over the Fairtrade Moscato, add lemon and a bendy straw, and ENJOY.
