South African Bobotie. (vegetarian version) I followed this, but took steps to make it vegan. The taste is good, but as the recipe states, make sure the mix is not too wet. I used wholemeal bread, that was quite fresh, As with a bread and butter pudding, white stale bread is probably better. I will make this again, but take care to make a firmer texture. It's extremely filling by the way.
