Crockpot Italian Chicken 4 chicken breasts 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta.
My version of Baked Zesty Italian Chicken - Line a 9-inch square or 13x9 inch pan with foil (ease of cleanup). Place desired amt. of boneless skinless chicken in pan. Pierce chicken with fork tines. Liberally pour Kraft Zesty Italian dressing over chicken (as shown in the pinned picture). Turn chicken to coat. Marinate 15-30 minutes. Bake @ 350°F for 30-35 minutes or done - depending on thickness. Can add fresh mushrooms, they're delicious! Sauce delicious over veg & potato. (circa 2003 SF)
