At Christmas, I think it's important to have some clever cheats up your sleeve. Puddings you can make ahead of time then leave in the freezer until needed are great. Slimming world dips. Sync free. Party dips. Hummus- tin of chickpeas, chopped up garlic, small amount of water and optional extras such as pepper/lemon. (All blended together). Tzatziki dip- pot of fat free Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped garlic and cucumber grated. (All mixed together and placed in fridge)
