Yellow Wagtail (Motacilla flava). They are scattered across central and eastern England and southern Scotland and are normally found around farmland, especially where cattle are grazing, often feeding on the flies. Also found on heathland, marshes and near sources of water. Males can sometimes be seen on prominent perches singing, especially during the breeding season.
