Maple Miso Tofu w/ rice noodles - this was alright, I'd make it again with a couple tweaks. First, I made way too many noodles (1/2 lb), next time only use 1/3 lb. My wok destroyed the tofu, it pulled all the crispy coating off so use another pan. Make sure to have the cabbage and plenty of kale.
