Man Found with Tongue Frozen to Pipe On this day …….. 18th of July 1936 William Cunningham of Paddington, Brisbane was found with his tongue frozen against a pipe at the Mountain Milk Company’s freezing works at Dayboro, Queensland, on the 18th of July 1936. The 20 year old was released from the pipe after water was poured on his tongue.
