100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread: First time to make my own pita bread, and I was shocked by how they beautifully puffed. Then I realized it was not hard at all to make your own. Whole wheat flour gave extra tangy flavor, definitely well worth the efforts and will make my own pita bread from now on :)
pita-bread-recipe: I made these in order to make pita chips and they were delicious! They didn't puff up to the point of making a pocket, but I just sliced them in half to make chips. After baking, I sprayed them with olive oil and added salt, garlic powder and onion powder and baked at 400 for ~10 min. Would make again!
