We went CRAZY for this white mushroom lasagna, and it’s a good thing we did, because this recipe makes tons. We’ve eaten it for three days straight and we’re still not sick of it. It’s a rich, comforting, cheesy lasagna infused with fall flavors like mushroom, shallot, thyme, Gruyere and Marsala. It’s all woodsy meets creamy white, and it’s very luscious.
This was really good! ***I recommend using less pepper than it calls for. I also do not think you have to have the white sauce in the lasagna in addition to the red sauce as the recipe calls for. I don't think it added much to the overall taste. However, the red sauce is one of the best Logan and I have ever had. If I can make it, anyone can. :)
