Paula's Deen's Succotash; here is another recipe for Indian Succotash adapted from the Essential Mormon Cookbook: Boil 1 cup of water, add 16oz of frozen lima beans and cook for 15 min, add 16 oz of frozen corn and cook another 5 min. Cut 1/2 lb bacon in 1 inch pieces and chop a small onion. Fry bacon and onion together. Drain beans and corn and add to bacon mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
