as far as only 32 %only speaking Welsh.I'm .We were never taught it at school..We had to choose German or French,but Latin was compulsory..No Welsh! Now everything is Welsh first (in post offices,signs etc..It's very annoying when we weren't given the option (back then) to learn this language..Latin is not spoken in any country..What a waste of time, that was..
