Carbs: Fruits vs. Veggies::: Thank goodness I've found this. I've hit a weight loss plateau, and I'm hearing that carb cycling is the best way to break it (along with a gradual increase in exercise, of course). Now I have an idea of what type of foods to get in on high-carb days and low-carb days. Woohooo!! (http://paleoaholic.com/bootcamp)
