Crunchy Pan-Fried Chicken- Moist and delicious! I love that it uses corn muffin mix, it really adds that extra crunch. One suggestion I have is to brown the outside in a pan and then put them in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes so the outside doesn't burn and the inside is moist.
