But we don't ever stop to ask what, if anything, 'marching' actually achieves. What, in concrete terms, is the objective of the march? What does "human rights" even mean? Who/what possesses the authority to grant such "rights", and why does it consistently grant them selectively? Now, more than ever, it should be clear how hollow and useless feel-good platitudes are, but - instead - they seem to have completely replaced even the concept of actual analysis.
