I used to question the effectiveness of these videos. I tried it today for an indoor low impact workout (it's 1* outside!). Very surprised--went quickly & got my heart rate up! Just push yourself & make it as challenging as possible for yourself. I'll be doing this one again! (Just skip the first 1:30)
5K with a Twist! 3 1 Mile Walk at Home! - YouTube 45:23. Just Leslie, good music, good pace so you get a good workout but it is missing some kind of energy or fun factor, still very good, just not "wow"
