Lets be honest, I'm not going to put the work in for the actual molten cakes for a chaotic kids bday party, but they're just so damn cute. Maybe upside down cupcakes decorated this way??

How to make a 'Smoking' Volcano Cake!

Volcano cake...every little boy's dream come true. Lava made of melting, colored candy-melts (the stuff you get from crafts stores for candy making) used yellow and red mixed to make varying orange shades. Poured Chocolate ganache over the whole cake and sprinkled with crushed Oreos. Added a mini Superman & Iron man figure with thin wire to have them flying around the volcano. Tipped all the candles towards each other so they made one big flame.
