"Would You Like A Synonym With That" Synonym Word Wall- This display would be a great way to get students to expand their vocabulary by visually seeing the different words they can use or by adding more synonyms to the wall.

Excellent display idea that can be referred to throughout the year (although I didn't have the inclination to do the boarder)!

Boggle- This is by far the most popular in my room. I got this amazing activity from Create-Teach-Share and my kids go bananas for it. I just change the letters weekly to reflect our spelling pattern focus and they go on a word making frenzy. LOVE it!

Alphabet activities: Adorable snowflake letter craft. Children snip & glue the different snowflake squares to their letter card, which is their initial, and fill in the blank with their name. "C is for Cody". Older students can attach the vocabulary-building worksheet, which they fill in with other nouns that begin with that letter. I have my kiddos draw a picture of one of the items. Completed projects make a cute bulletin board or class-made booklet.

Interactive vocabulary bulletin board - image only. I could totally use this, when kids turn in all their HW in a week or finish all their classwork, they would get a letter, and they can save the letters until they make a word
