I'm so excited I've found a non-alcoholic Mint Julep recipe. The KYDerby may be over but, calm and stay classy always!

Mint Julep Recipe It's National Mint Julep Day today! If you're having a Mint Julep kind of day, you can find a recipe for one from Emeril Lagasse... or for a virgin Mint Julep, try this one from Telestial Kitchen: http://telestialkitchen.blogspot.ca/2008/05/virgin-mint-julep.html Although Emeril recommends "jiggling (not stirring)" your drink, I think the Quick-Stir Pitcher might be handy to have for this. ;)

Virgin Mint Juleps (I think I'd almost prefer this to the real thing! Bourbon is gross and this is just mint iced tea.)
