Wash your produce (method for smoothed skinned fruits/veggies)    1 cup vinegar to 3 cups of water in a spray bottle  When cleaning an apple, for example, give aprox 6 sprays or enough to coat the apple  Then, rinse in water to remove the vinegar and bacteria residue

Mix together: - 1 cup water - 1/2 cup vinegar - 1/2 cup colloidal silver - 2 teaspoon sea salt (dissolve completely)  Soak produce for 5 minutes, rinse and use as normal.
