Something really special about this Vegetable Fried Rice is the Indo-Chinese influence in this recipe. It is extremely easy as I record and they taste delicious on its own and out of the world when paired with a Saucy Gobi Manchurian or a Schezwan Gravy.
Vegetable Fried Rice. Stupendous. When your husband says this is better than our takeout place....well wow. Few different add ins and couldn't find dark soy. Can't wait to try it with dark soy too!! Will make time and again.
