Boil the kettle. Put rice, veg and raisins in a microwave safe bowl. Pour in 600ml of boiled water in with the stock cube, then stir in curry paste. Cover the bowl in cling film leaving a small gap for steam. Cook on 850w for 12min or more for lower watts. Let stand at room temperature for 5min. Fluff up before serving.
