LCHF Custard 1 cup cream 1 tsp sweetener (I use xylitol) vanilla bean 2 egg yokes Add cream, sweetener and vanilla bean (or essence) to small, hot saucepan. Bring to just on boiling point. Take off heat and quickly whisk in egg yokes.
