Homemade V8 juice: Put 4 cups diced tomato, 1/2 cup diced carrot, a sliver of beet (mostly for color), 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp cracked pepper in a pan with 1/2 cup water.
