The native wood spurge, very tough evergreen Euphorbia for any shady conditions including the dry soils right under trees. Green leaves and yellow flowers in Summer. Useful addition to the woodland border.

Water features do not have to be massive in size. One like this usually has a water reserve like a 5 gallon bucket placed under the ground with a recycle pump. The rocks cover the reservoir and allow the water to flow back to the pump.

Could be a great use for some of the old farm tyres ~ segue from my kitchen garden to orchard!! Grow ground cover around and under each tyre to prevent erosion........AJ Recycled tires outdoor stairs
