Fit Tuesday full-body strength, balance, and cardio blast!

On day well-known for its “live it up” traditions, I put together a Fit Tuesday Workout. This strength and cardio circuit workout targets your whole body!

Love this concept. You can switch it up by doing each exercise for 30 seconds....repeat 3 times.

Daily Workout Plan: Tuesday Tuesdays are always my hardest days to workout. Monday i'm motivated Tuesday's i'm lazy/sore. Wednesday i'm motivated again.
