DO 2 REPS OF THE FOLLOWING: (These should be done in extremely quick progression, and no stopping in between exercises. After the first rep, take a 2 minute break).        * 75 Lunges, uphill.      * 10 Pushups.      * 20 TRX Rows: Using a trx machine (if not available, do 10 pushups), grab the handles, and lean yourself back.
