I make what I call Cakebread. It's a boxed cake mix with additional stuff and baked in a loaf pan for the bread shape. Like Tropical Cakebread is coconut cake with pineapple chunks and extra coconut. Cakebread is rich and dense and does not need frosting.

Tropical Banana Bread. 4 bananas, 1/4 c coconut, 1/4 c diced papaya, 1/4 c diced pineapple, 1/3 c melted butter, 3/4 c sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 c AP flour. Mix all ingredients except flour. Add flour, fold in till incorporated. Pour in greased loaf pan, bake at 350 for an hour. Yum!!!
