Oh, wow....//This is beautiful! It looks like the image was stamped on the card stock and then twice onto a scrap piece of card stock. Cut both with circle cutter. On bottom circle it appears to have had an embossed edge added. Top circle was inked to add color. Then line them up and adhere to main card using pop dots. :)
