What I ate at McDonald's today? Nothing! I made traditional Spanish food called 'Rabo de Toro', the oxtail. I really like this dish. The recipe says to use a whole bottle of red wine for the sauce. I actually had to use 1,5 bottles, because the sauce was getting too thick. Also, I let the pot simmer for 8+ hours It really paid off, the meat turned out to be _very_ tender!
