Easy healthy and delicious! Put in food processor: ritz or townhouse crackers, parm cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dip boneless, skinless chicken breast in egg, then crumb mix. 2 tbs oil in pan, place chicken and cook thru!!!! So good!
