Planning for Your 7 Day Slimdown

Exciting news! As of this weekend, I’m officially a certified Fitness Nutrition Coach through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association! AKA I can now give advice about how to reach your health and nutrition goals with more than just my personal experience, but also with nutrition science knowledge. So excited! Cinnamon Raisin Granola shared by Amy from the Tone It Up Community! 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup ground flaxseed, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted), 2 tbsp egg whites, 1/4 cup applesauce, 1 scoop vanilla Perfect Fit Protein, 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 cup raisins. Mix together wet ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients in another bowl. Combine both mixtures, and spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with honey. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Break into chunks.
