Press in alphabet noodles and let it burn out in the kiln

Idea: She presses the alphabet pasta into the moist clay. And burns them out in the bisque firing. Another idea is trying this in air dry or polymer clay.

This is a listing for one handpainted ceramic spoon. These spoons are handbuilt using a pinching method and I make the handles using coils of clay. Once the spoon is a little more dry I scrape them to refine the shape. The piece is fired once, then hand painted, glazed and fired for a second time to a high temperature in an electric kiln. I cover the concave side of the spoon in glaze and leave the handles and the underside plain. My spoons are made from stoneware clay. They are food safe…

This Cornflower picture is made in my kiln in my home studio in North Wales. The piece is then fired for 12 hours at approx 800c to fuse the glass and paints together. The frame surrounding my picture is an off white which sets off the blue perfectly. Glass tile is approx 10cm x 10cm, surrounded by a double mount. The frame is approx 25cm x 25cm. Each piece is individually painted and made so variation from the picture should be expected.

Grade Pinch Pots - Wind Chime: ceramic hemispheres hung close together create long body of a fish with -I'm sure- a great sound chime. Could be done with your own clay but also upcycled old tea or espresso cups for this same thing, fish or not.
