How about adding Managers to that list? People employed to manage people. Encourage, support, develop, remove blockers to ensure an organisation gets the best from the people it employs, as opposed to policy administrators who simply read and apply policies without any reference to individual circumstances and common sense. How about managers who have the first clue what their staff do. Ah the good old days.
Since you're obviously going to grow old together, this bucket list is full of things you should do between now and the time you're 80 and sitting on a porch together reminiscing about the good old days.
