How about adding Managers to that list? People employed to manage people. Encourage, support, develop, remove blockers to ensure an organisation gets the best from the people it employs, as opposed to policy administrators who simply read and apply policies without any reference to individual circumstances and common sense. How about managers who have the first clue what their staff do. Ah the good old days.
Sweets! The colours, tastes and textures make them so addictive. I love going into a good old fashioned sweet shop where the walls are lined with shelves stacked with jar upon jar, and you leave the shop with a paper bag full to the brim :0)
