The Chew - Mario's Meatball recipe I used ground turkey and pork breakfast sausage instead.  I used dry herbs instead using teaspoons instead of tablespoons. I also added adobo and sazon. I then BAKED them in 425 degrees in a greased pan for 10-15 minutes.
