Done-we painted outside with balls on the slide this weekend with Fin. He enjoyed it for a short period, but it did not hold his attention. Maybe a possibility for art in the park. Slide Painting with Balls- art to get kids moving!!

A whole bunch of other words: Gorgeous colour, rich textures, unique style, bizarre narratives, beautiful illustration. I really need to get paid for this somehow because I really want to buy pretty much everything that I show. These glazed ceramics, by California based artist Amanda Smith, are definitely on my wish list… hint, hint.

AlterEgo103 by Elis Cooke is a 7x5x1/2 clay and acrylic collage on stretched canvas. She resides in Canada where her and her partner run a small art store. There is definite texture present with the way they formed the clay on the canvas and the color choices give the piece a sense of unity.
