Here is a complete semester for American History I notes. This covers the beginning of America's colonization until the end of reconstruction. These are the only notes I used when teaching American History I. I also included an outline of the order of the notes.
"Make Classes Fun By Teaching History C.S.I. Style." I'm indifferent towards the execution of this concept, but I LOVE the idea, and I think I could borrow from it for some in-role drama activities....
KP - This is a timeline that can be hung up in the classroom to show events that led up to the Civil Rights Movement. It also shows events that have occurred after the movement, such as the establishment of Black History Month in 1976.
