Taiwanese Sticky Rice in a rice cooker -- This sounds delicious - and can be made without a rice steamer.   The only thing I wonder is whether or not a different cut of pork would be more delicious ..like trimmed shoulder or even Chinese sausage.  Still...I wanna eat this..

Chinese-style braised beef one-pot.  I'd recommend making your own five spice and adding at least twice as much. More chilli is a good bet, careful with the dark soy. Works really well with beef shin.
