Apricot Lamb Tagine first pinner said: Review: Excellent. Sweet and tangy. Perfect contrast to the simple and light couscous. I chopped the apricots. They were good, but sometimes over-powerful. You may want to reduce amount just a bit. The parsley or green onions on top are a must for balance.
Like many dishes that rely on combinations of spices, a tagine, which is a slowly braised stew, may look more intimidating to cook than it is. Even with shortcuts, the results are exotic in flavor and appearance. (Photo: Craig Lee for The New York Times)
