Out of BIsquick and need a cup for a recipe? Check this out: 1 C Flour 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 ts Salt 1 T Crisco MIx dry ingredients together, then using a pastry knife, cut in the Crisco. Makes 1 cup of Bisquick equivalent. (I didn't have shortening, so I just used oil - making impossibly easy taco pie that called for 1/2 cup of crisco)
