Gluten Free Sweet Potato Biscuits; I used pumpkin puree instead of sweet potato and the mixture came out way too wet, requiring me to quadruple the rice flour (I used tapioca starch actually). Having said that, tapioca is incredibly wonderful to grain-free recipes, as these came out with a chewy, non-crumbly texture. Next time (if I use pumpkin puree again), I will use some coconut flour in place of some of the almond and may use one egg. I was surprised this didn't have any.
