My favorite way to eat these sungold tomato preserves is on a grilled cheese sandwich. Especially one made with a sharp cheddar and fresh sourdough. In fact, that may be my favorite sandwich of all time.
Maltagliati, Sungold Tomato, Parmigiano this "badly cut" pasta would look so amazing with fresh herbs incorporated into the dough. This type of larger pasta would work great in other dishes like anything asian where you wanted to use chopsticks!
