Stove Top Meatloaf... 2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef, 1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top Stuffing Mix (Chicken or Savory), 1 c. Water, 2 beaten Eggs, BBQ Sauce or Ketchup... Preheat oven to 350*F. Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray. Place meat, stuffing mix, water, and eggs into a gallon-size zip bag. Smoosh it all together; Dump it into the prepared loaf pan.
