http://www.primallyinspired.com/one-pan-wonders-better-than-a-steakhouse-steak-and-balsamic-veggies/ We made this with T-bone steaks and they were excellent. Good way to have a steak in the winter when grilling isn't any fun.
Pioneer Woman's Steak Bites - This was a HUGE HIT with Gerg. I used the USDA Prime Tenderloin Tips from KansasCitySteakCompany.com. I cooked them exactly as described in her recipe and it tasted just like Twin Mountain Steakhouse's steak bits. The first batch, I was worried about browning the butter too much so the first half came out not as charred as the second batch, but that's probably because I didn't de-glaze the pan between batches. Both batches were delicious in their own way.
