ambrosia: Strawberry Lassi. I can't stand yogurt, but drank an entire serving and look forward to more. Used blueberries as well as strawberries, and will likely try more fruit in the future. Definitely a keeper! L.
I love this smoothie because of the silken tofu in it. If you haven't tried silken tofu before, give it a shot. It has a different taste and texture than regular tofu. It has a pudding-like quality and is wonderfully light while still delivering that creamy mouthfeel. Plus it's rich in minerals for energy and has antioxidant protection!
