Today we celebrate the feast of St. Ignatius of Loyala. Pray the Examen in his honor.

The Examen is a technique of prayerful reflection on the events of the day in order to detect God’s presence and to discern his direction for us.

We live in a world poisoned by the evil one. This is not the world God wanted for us.But He allows us to go through sufferings the evil one has inflicted on us because He knows we will grow and become closer to God. Sometimes are sufferings are for our loved ones to see the seriousness of life here on earth and the truth about life in Paradise. Only our bodies die! Our souls live forever.  God will not make us be with Him. We have to find faith and live it! Let us live saintly lives!
